Assessing your Support Needs
On your first visit to Isallt, we will meet with you to assess your needs and risk. This is so we can find out if we can meet all your needs. Occasionally, we will not be able to accommodate some people, if this is the case we will explain our reasons and will do our best to help you find more suitable accommodation.
Throughout your stay at Isallt our staff will help you to work through an Individual Support Plan, which will help you achieve your goals and aspirations
Quality Housing with friendly support
Isallt is a 12 bed Project in the centre of Llandudno for single homeless men and women who are aged between 16 to 25. Isallt provides high quality en-suite accommodation as well as communal facilities such as a spacious Resident lounge, kitchen, dining room and landscaped gardens. Isallt also has 13 units of Move-On accommodation across Conwy.
We provide 24 hour staff support in safe and secure premises and the opportunity to break free from a homeless lifestyle.
